TOURNAMENT HISTORY:
I've been competing in bass fishing tournaments since 2012. Having no experience competitive bass fishing growing up, or in my early adulthood, I began my journey by registering as a co-angler in MLF (formerly FLW) Bass Fishing League series of tournaments. Designed for the weekend angler, the BFLs provided me with an opportunity to learn and grow as an angler. I'd recommend fishing them to anyone interested in getting started tournament bass fishing. I've qualified for the annual regional tournament held at the conclusion of the regular five tournament season events nearly every year I've completed in a complete season with the exception of my first year. Managing expectations was probably the biggest thing I had to learn from my experiences. The relationships and friendships I’ve forged through fishing tournaments has been very rewarding. The occasional check for finishing high enough in the standings is bonus.
